Members of the Small Business Procurement Coalition
shall work cooperatively to:

• Promote policies that strengthen the role that small businesses
play in government and private contracting;

• Develop and distribute information and resources to inform
members of contracting opportunities;

• Educate small businesses on procurement best practices; and

• Conduct and promote research concerning small-business procurement
